OhioFentanylDetox.com is a free, confidential referral and information service. When you reach out, you talk with a caring coordinator who listens, answers your questions, and helps connect you to licensed, vetted treatment providers across Ohio. There's never a fee for our help, and there's never any pressure to commit to anything before you're ready.

To be clear: we are not a treatment facility, and we don't provide medical care or advice ourselves. We're the bridge between an anonymous moment of "I need help" and a real conversation with people who can provide it. Calls may be answered by or routed to participating treatment providers in our network. Our role is to make that first step simpler — to cut through the confusion of where to call, what's covered, and what happens next, so you can spend your energy on getting well instead of navigating a maze.

Why we do this

Ohio has lost too many people to fentanyl. Behind every number is a family hoping for a different ending. We believe that ending is possible — that recovery is real, that no one should feel ashamed for needing help, and that the moment someone is ready to reach out, there should be a warm, knowledgeable voice on the other end of the line.
